VP of Client and Consultant Services

In this role, you will be responsible for support to Business Development and Client Relations Professionals encompassing a broad range of responsibilities:

  • Respond to client/consultant/prospect requests, requiring a thorough understanding of client investments, contracts, etc.
  • Complete client and consultant questionnaires.
  • Create, produce, and distribute well-written, accurate, and timely responses to RFPs.
  • Maintain RFP database and streamline RFP process.
  • Maintain and update consultant and industry databases.
  • Collaborate with other members of firm to create customized responses to RFP questions database questions, client requests and other ad hoc requests.
  • Draft and produce client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Produce competitive analysis.
  • Maintain website content.
  • Maintain consistency of message and branding across all forms of communication.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with business degree and 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with Fixed Income institutional asset management.
  • Extensive experience completing RFPs.
  • Excellent writing skills a must – must have proven ability to create customized responses to questions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience using internal and industry databases and database software.
  • Ability to represent firm in a professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and place a high priority on accuracy and meeting internal and external deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable about institutional asset management and needs of institutional investors.
