Our Principles

We uphold the law that bans discrimination in employment in the Securities Industry. We support the development of training programs in the Securities Industry that will prepare significant numbers of African- Americans, Hispanic-Americans, and women for management, ownership, supervisory, administrative, clerical, sales, and technical positions in all business activities.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote professional excellence, facilitate new business opportunities, and encourage economic empowerment for people of color and women on Wall Street and for our community. We seek to connect members to industry leaders and business opportunities; advocate for policies that create equal representation and inclusion; provide educational opportunities; and work t build awareness about the value of ensuring that people of color and women are included in all aspects of the financial services industry.
